We just purchased a 2025 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid. The saleswomen, Sharon, was delightful. Super knowledgeable, friendly, NO pressure at all whatsoever. She was straight forward, answered all our questions and concerns. A great person to deal with. The delivery was also good - slightly rushed - they must have been running late that day. However, we have been assured that we can call, or make an appointment to have them go over features again. These cars are so so complex now, you do need a couple of times with someone who really understands the software / computer setup part of it all. All in all - a very good experience and I do recommend this dealership.

I originally started my current lease at the Warden and Eglinton location and was disgusted with the service I received towards the end of my lease. I have since switched to the Whitby location and the service was so much better. I specifically dealt with Stephanie one of the managers and what a different experience it was. Stephanie was extremely helpful and very pleasant, she worked with me to get my vehicle financed and was very prompt providing answers to any questions or concerns I had. I highly recommend to anyone looking to lease/finance a vehicle.

Thanks to Team Toyota Whitby.
My car was on a recall for several years. I was never thinking of it and whatever is wrong I was willing to do it outside of Toyota. I had a repair that the material was hard to find and Toyota spotted that car and asked me to bring it for that recall. On the appointed date, the issue was resolved with part imported by them. Pronto!. It was free of charge. "Toyota added integrity to reliability". I will shout it at rooftop. Thank you...Toyota.

Once the Corolla Hybrid was purchased, he ensured I got a car quickly. Since I started to go to this dealership after purchasing my car, I have never been disappointed with the service provided. Everyone is very polite irregardless of the time of day, busy or not. They are also very reliable and honest (interesting description for a dealership) but yes they are honest. Never replaced anything that dies not need to be and without explainable, neither do they force you into doing anything. Very recommendable and respected.
