I usually don’t leave reviews, but this deserves to be publicly shared.
My 2023 RAV4 Limited started having issues with the 360, front, and reverse cameras. It initially began with the reverse camera, which turned out to be part of a recall. After the repair, when i took my car back, i found out the issue wasn’t just the reverse camera.
The worst part was that my vehicle had just passed the warranty period. Thankfully, Adam stepped in and made sure we received the help we needed. He truly went above and beyond our expectations.
Long story short — our car is now completely fixed, everything works perfectly again, and we paid absolutely NOTHING. Yes, nothing! They even provided us with a rental car while our vehicle was being serviced.
I’d also like to thank Divino for constantly keeping us updated on the status of our car and for making sure our beloved vehicle was in good hands throughout the entire process.
Excellent customer service like this is hard to find these days, and we truly appreciate everything they’ve done for us. Salute to Adam, Divino and Jeff!
