I recently visited Whitby Toyota for service on November 11th, and I had the pleasure of working with Adam as my service advisor. Adam was extremely professional, friendly, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything clearly and ensured the service was smooth and efficient from start to finish. The experience was top-notch — quick, thorough, and done right the first time. Hats off to Adam and the entire Whitby Toyota service team for their outstanding customer care and attention to detail. I purchased a toyota tacoma 2022 fromWhitby Toyota , I purchased the extended warranty. price of $1800 and also bought a few other additional items. Recently my truck just turned over a 100000 km. At 101002 km the rear U joint, it's on its way out.Yes maybe I should have take it in at once. After my mechanic inform of it at 94000 km,when he was doing my front brakes. I started to hear the rear u joint squeaking anyways long story short.I when back to Whitby Toyota, The service department check out my issue with the rear u joint. Customer service Rep inform me that Toyota was going to go through and honoring my warranty in good faith and good standing .Whitby Toyota has ordered me a brand new rear drive shaft with hanger bearing and U joint from the West Coast mind. , it's gonna take a few weeks, but it no cost to me. Thank you to Whitby Toyota for what I consider good customer services.
