Excellent service staff. On-time performance of all necessary tasks required by Technicians, all clearly delineated by Service personnel. I have been a customer of Whitby Toyota for almost 32 years. Trust me, you won't find a better Service team at any other dealership, be that Toyota or any other vehicle marque. And no, I'm not related in any way to Whitby Toyota personnel, nor am I an investor in the dealership. I just know when I am the recipient of excellent service at an acceptable price. The General Manager of Whitby Toyota I first met in 1994 was the late Ian Kingsley. His legacy can be clearly seen in the current General Manager Jeff Kingsley, Ian's son. Go try Whitby Toyota for new or used vehicles, and for vehicle servicing too. You won't be disappointed!
