Purchased a new car from Toyota Whitby and was blown away by the excellent service I received all throughout the buying process. Arda was a fantastic product specialist, beginning by accommodating me for a walk in test drive but ultimately helping me find the perfect vehicle! He checked in with me every step of the way and followed up after the pickup date to ensure everything was going smoothly with my new car :) Will was extremely helpful regarding arranging my vehicle pickup, going above and beyond to squeeze in a last minute appointment change. Finally Patrick did such an amazing job from giving me a tour of the service centre, to walking me through all the features of my new car. He knew the vehicle inside and out and had the answer to any possible question regarding the car.

The only Toyota dealership for me!

This dealership works hard and they are constantly responding to feedback to make the experience better. As long as I am buying a Toyota, they are the only ones that I will consider for my purchase and long term maintenance.

Great Service!

Great service and all the service reps are so helpful, caring and understanding. You can ask the service reps about anything and they will take the time to explain it. I will never stop trusting Whitby Toyota because they are the absolute best. I know that my car is in the hands and that the repair/service will be done right the first and if there is a problem with the service they will make it right.

Today I took my car to Whitby Toyota for a service appointment. Cameron was my advisor, he was very professional and showed exceptional respect to me. He advised me of some burnt out light bulbs which I knew before. The staff there is very good, based on my experience. I was planning on getting a car and was hesitant because of leasing the car and a lot of other concerns but the representatives were really great and provided all the information and made getting the car as easy and painless as possible. Great experience!

Great Service Department

This is a rating of the service department only.
After my experiences at Clarington Toyota, I was nervous about bringing my vehicle here for service and warranty work.
I must say my fears were unwarranted. The professional integrity here really impressed me.
I've had my vehicle here twice now, the first was just my wife and children and the second time was the whole family.
I was worried about sending my wife alone with the kids as every dealer I've ever dealt with takes about 2 hours to do a scheduled oil change!
My family was very well taken care of by Brian in the service department. They got my van out very quickly, and even provided gifts and activities for my girls! My wife was very happy.
When we returned for another service we met Brian again. He remembered my girls and they got even more treats!
I would recommend this service department over all other dealers I've visited.

Fast Service

Very good experience. I had my engine light on and I stopped by Whitby Toyota. I waited less than half an hour. It seemed to possibly be an oxygen sensor defect. They put the light off and confirmed that there was no danger. If it happens again I only need to call them and I go back to my routine.
