Toyota announced pricing for the all-new 2022 Toyota Corolla Cross this week, and also confirmed how much cargo capacity the brand-new Corolla Cross will have. Suffice it to say the new SUV will exceed expectations in many respects.
The 2022 Toyota Corolla Cross will start at just $24,890 when it goes on sale later this month. It will be offered in four trims with available all-wheel drive on the first two models for just $1,400 more. The two other trims will offer AWD standard.

- 2022 Toyota Corolla Cross LE Premium - $30,590
- 2022 Toyota Corolla Cross XLE - $33,990
The Toyota Corolla Cross will offer 608 litres of cargo space in the back, giving owners all the versatility and interior space they need.
Powering the 2022 Corolla Cross is a 2.0-litre four-cylinder engine with 169 horsepower and 151 pound-feet of torque. This engine offers exceptional performance out of the gate, and more horsepower than the Honda HR-V, Nissan Qashqai, or Subaru Crosstrek.
It will also be very fuel-efficient, offering an average fuel consumption rating of just 7.3 litres per 100 kilometres in front-wheel drive models, and 7.8 litres per 100 kilometres in all-wheel drive trims.
The new 2022 Toyota Corolla Cross will also stand out when it comes to standard safety with the full suite of Toyota Safety Sense 2.0 active safety technologies that include Lane Departure Alert with Steering Assist and Road Edge Detection, Automatic High Beams, Pre-Collision System with Pedestrian and Bicycle Detection, Lane Tracing Assist, and Dynamic Radar Cruise Control. Other standard safety features include the Toyota Star Safety System, a back-up camera, and ten air bags, and a tire pressure monitoring system with auto location.
The new Corolla Cross will be available in 7 exterior colours including Barcelona Red metallic and Cypress green, and it features a range of other standard features like Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, and heated front seats.
