Improved features and a Limited edition model in the 2023 Toyota 4Runner family
For 2023, the Toyota 4Runner adds a few technologies including a heated steering wheel, which is offered now standard on every 4Runner. Heated front seats, push-button start, connected services from Toyota, and dual zone climate controls are also standard.
There are six versions of the 2023 Toyota 4Runner as explained previously, including the standard SR5, the TRD Sport, the Limited, the TRD Off-Road, and the top-of-the-line TRD Pro which has a starting price of $66,220.
The 4Runner can be ordered in both five seat and seven-seat configurations. For 2023, the new 4Runner 40th anniversary special edition is introduced. Limited to just 400 units in Canada, this model uses the SR5 trim as its starting point and gets premium audio, exclusive exterior appearance package with 17-inch wheels painted and bronze in a retro Toyota grill, as well as bronze emblems and special graphics with yellow orange and red designs.
The 2023 Toyota 4Runner will continue to be offered with a powerful 4.0-litre V-6 the delivers 270 hp and 278 pound-feet of torque. A five-speed automatic with an on-demand four-wheel-drive system comes standard.
