Great Service Department
This is a rating of the service department only.
After my experiences at Clarington Toyota, I was nervous about bringing my vehicle here for service and warranty work.
I must say my fears were unwarranted. The professional integrity here really impressed me.
I've had my vehicle here twice now, the first was just my wife and children and the second time was the whole family.
I was worried about sending my wife alone with the kids as every dealer I've ever dealt with takes about 2 hours to do a scheduled oil change!
My family was very well taken care of by Brian in the service department. They got my van out very quickly, and even provided gifts and activities for my girls! My wife was very happy.
When we returned for another service we met Brian again. He remembered my girls and they got even more treats!
I would recommend this service department over all other dealers I've visited.
