We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Finance & Insurance Manager. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with our customers, understanding their financial needs, and offering tailored financing and insurance products. Your expertise will ensure a seamless and transparent process for our valued clients while maximizing profitability for the dealership.
Responsibilities:
- Meet with customers to understand their financial needs and guide them through available financing and insurance options.
- Present and explain finance and insurance products, including vehicle loans, leases, extended warranties, and other protection plans.
- Work closely with lending institutions to secure the best possible financing terms for our customers.
- Prepare and process all finance and insurance paperwork accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for finance and insurance products.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of current finance and insurance programs, incentives, and industry trends.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with both customers and lending partners.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the financing and insurance process.
- Adhere to all dealership policies and ethical standards.
- Collaborate effectively with the sales team to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and sales techniques through ongoing training.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Finance & Insurance Manager within an automotive dealership is required.
- A strong understanding of automotive financing and insurance products and regulations.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using dealership management systems (DMS) and other relevant software.
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- A commitment to ethical sales practices and customer satisfaction.
